Twisted Lie Book by Ana Huang

Review  This book marks the end of an incredible series, and I can’t help but feel a sense of emptiness after finishing it. I’m amazed by the impact this story had on me as a reader. Ana Huang masterfully wrapped everything up, and I’m grateful I read the series in order, which deepened my emotional connection to each couple. The pacing in this final installment was perfectly slow, and as a fan of slow-burn romance, I cherished every moment of it.  Christian, with all his quirks, became my ultimate book boyfriend. He’s a blend of romantic, detail-oriented, grumpy, and ruthlessly protective—a character who truly sets the standard. His moments adjusting cuff links and ties had me melting. One of my favorite scenes was when he took Stella to his apartment and bathed her; it was incredibly sweet. His kindness shone through, especially when he comforted Stella during a traumatic moment. Stella is a beautifully crafted character, evolving from timid to strong and confident with Chri...

Twisted Hate Book by Ana Huang

Review  Jules and Josh have always hated each other, and everyone knows it. I had accepted their animosity, especially after my first impressions of Josh in Twisted Love and Twisted Games, where he came across as arrogant and selfish. At the beginning of this book, I wasn’t sure I wanted him to have a happy ending, but as fate would have it, he and Jules end up working together at a volunteer organization, thanks to his sister's efforts to reconnect him with Alex. This frequent interaction gradually softens their mutual dislike, leading to hilarious banter and undeniable chemistry. They’re both reluctant to let go of their comfortable hatred—until they engage in a heated “hate intimacy” that changes everything.  They agree to continue their arrangement, but the rules are broken left and right, making it all the hotter. I’ve read countless steamy books, but nothing prepared me for the unforgettable bedroom scene with silk scarves—it left me utterly speechless. Once I coll...

Twisted Games Book by Ana Huang

Review   If you’re a fan of royalty and bodyguard romances, then this Twisted book is for you! The second installment in Huang’s Twisted series follows Bridget, Princess of Eldorra, as she finishes up college. With her long-time bodyguard retiring, Bridget must navigate growing pains with her new bodyguard, Rhys. Used to having a good amount of freedom, Bridget immediately finds herself butting heads with her new companion. Meanwhile, Rhys is taken aback by how much Bridget's security has been overlooked. He needs this job and is determined to keep her safe, complicating matters further with Bridget’s royal duties and their mutual struggle to fight their growing feelings. I think this was actually my first bodyguard romance, and it did NOT disappoint. Full disclosure: this is my least favorite of the series, which might be a hot take since many consider it their favorite. Still, I absolutely LOVED the book. It gave me some *Princess Diaries* vibes, only more adult, with Brid...

Twisted Love Book by Ana Huang

Review Twisted Love is the first book in Ana Huang’s twisted series. When I tell you I didn’t know what I signed up for when I started this book, I mean it. The book has many twists and turns and kept me on the edge of my seat. The unexpected turns, ups and downs was great! I enjoyed this book from start to finish. I was pleasantly happy when BookTok didn't disappoint me this time. This book deserves all the hype it gets! I'm officially a fan, and you can consider me part of the twisted squad.  First of all, Alex is my new book bae He gives all the book boyfriend vibes that we love. He's morally gray, broody, mysterious, a total Alphahole that only has a soft heart for the few people he cares for, and he would burn the world down for her.  Ava was sweet but sassy.  She was literally Alex's Sunshine, the light to his dark. She always sees the best in people and just wants someone to love her. And boy, does Alex love her. She isn't a weak character either, though. Sh...
